Little quartz rocks are found along the Southern Outer Banks, from Emerald Isle to Fort Macon Beach. Each pebble undergoes a tumble polishing process for a brilliant shine. After the month-long, multiple-step tumbling process, the stones are set in sterling silver with an open-back design to catch the light.
